Kelsey Transcription Service is an absolute delight to work with. Our dictation jobs often involve difficult technical concepts. Jennifer works with our attorneys and agents to develop protocols that ensure the transcriptions we receive are accurate and efficient. Although I’m not sure, I think she must do her research on the side on our clients’ technologies because her command of the terminology of plasma physics, scalable networks, and various software technologies is right up there with the best of our inventors.
